The Atlantic 50 / 20 M features accomodation for 6 in 3 separate cabins and is available as a pre-cut boat building kit in steel ( 25 knots) or aluminum (30 knots) or you may choose to order the boat building Cutting files and boat building plans and have the kit cut locally. Fuel tanks can be included as an optional extra in the this package. For those that order the kit, you may wish to order a set of "Offshore Quality " windows at the same time.

The Atlantic 50 / 20 M sport fisherman is available as a pre-cut boat building kit in steel (25 knots) or for boat building in aluminum (30 knots) or you may choose to order the Boat building Cutting files and boat plans & have the kit cut locally. Fuel tanks are available as an optional extra in the boat kit package. For those that order the boat building kit, you may wish to order a set of "Offshore Quality" marine windows at the same time.

This boat is designed in accordance with Lloyds for category 1 (unrestricted operating / sailing area), which is much better than the EU and other Classification Societies and the CE-A require. Complete stability calculations are included in the design package. All calculations are also cross referenced against ABS requirements to ensure that the design meets world-wide standards and specifications.

In the case of KITS, all plate parts belonging to the hull, deck and superstructure that are accurately cut to size are included. The parts are marked with the appropriate part number and engraved matching marking lines to assist in the assembly and location of the part in its position. Cutting method is Plasma / Oxygen, ensuring highest accuracy and smooth edges.

Plate parts are cut from Lloyds approved A Grade Shipbuilding quality STEEL that has been coated with factory applied Sigma weld MC welding primer. We use and recommend steel plate that has the official designation ISO standard 10474 or EN 10204 with 3.1.B certificate. If you prefer we can supply the kit cut from Marine Grade aluminum

POWERBOAT - METAL BOAT KITS:
Pre cut boat kits contain all the metal parts required to build a complete hull, decks and superstructure. These parts are computer generated and NC Plasma cut before they are packed and delivered ready for you to start assembling and welding into the finished boat. We design and nest the package using our specialized computer programs, then cut on a computerized plasma-oxygen cutter. For example, an 12m (40') yacht would comprise of around 550 parts! The parts that need bending or shaping are already pre-formed, all you have to do is weld your kit together. These kits are shipped world-wide each in individual containers. The following power boats are available as kits only. They come with full construction details. We can develop, as kits, most Bruce Roberts hulls, whether displacement, semi-displacement or planing. These are a great way to get on the water in a boat that you have fully customized.
